The hammam gives an atmosphere where the heat (43 °) and the humidity (100 %) are mixed(involved). The beneficial effects of the hot vapor on the skin and the lungs were known already in Antiquity. Today still the hammam brings to the body a good recovery(recycling) leading to forget us the stress. We find an internal tranquillity of the body and the spirit.
