Our dining room can welcome 48 places. But if you would like to organise a banquet, we can increase this capacity. Colette is our chef. Its cooking is a fresh products based cooking. Now we looking for the Slow Food association.
Since 1965 the Gueydan family welcomes his hosts in « Val des Sources », in the paradisiac frame of the small valley of Valgaudemar, in summits so vertiginous. We try hard to present you the meals such as our elders designed them, by keeping the charm of the flavors of antant. In every dish it is the opportunity for us to explain you what you eat, and thus to make live Valgaudemar in you. A list of Colette’s suggestions and always has your arrangement but it depends on supplies.

* On October , there’s the cattle fair of La Chapelle. People go to the « Val Des Sources » to savour the “Pot au feu de chèvre salée” (the speciality of the fair).
In the Val Des Sources, we select the best animals of the region and we cooked them in the respect of the tradition.

Of Easter with All Saints’ Day we are happy to welcome you in our Hotel, our Restaurant as well as our Holiday cottages equestrian.
And all year long (except the holidays of All Saints’ Day) we welcome you in our Bar, and you can reserve our Holiday cottages.
